VarIntel, a forward-thinking startup specializing in software solutions for the oil and gas upstream sector, is on the lookout for an ambitious and skilled Sr. Sales Partner. This commission and equity-based role is ideal for someone who is eager to play a pivotal part in propelling our business forward, focusing on the sale of our cutting-edge subsurface and shale production optimization software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively generate and seal deals for our advanced subsurface software solutions.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs, offering consultative solutions and selling our software alongside implementation services.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with the headquarters and companies in the oil and gas sector to expand our client network.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals, significantly contributing to VarIntel’s growth and market presence.
  • Proactively engage with potential clients, including making cold calls, to build relationships that convert into sales.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • At least 5 years in a sales role, with a focus on software or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Oil and Gas industry sales.
  • Demonstrated success in selling software licenses and implementation services.
  • Proven ability to engage with C-level and senior management in sales processes.
  • Experience in collaborating with technical and sales teams.
  • Strong skills in identifying customer needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Effective management of multiple projects and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
